Changing Your World
A big thank you to everyone who came to my talk about my writing experiences. It was lovely to have such support and to meet new people from the ever-expanding Writer Highway family. It was also good for me to look back and see where I have come from and track my development. For those who were there, I read Probing, poem Joe & I wrote in hospital, to Joe last night - he blames the morphine!

Thank you, Trish, for sharing your journey in writing through and with your experiences. You have a great sense of putting across your message, emotions and humour. From a writing perspective it was great to hear we are not alone as writers and saying yes can bring forth a cache of help/opportunities and challenges. As a writer I felt inspired and supported by your talk to write. On a personal level, I liked your ethos of saying yes. I had read 'Beyond Caring' before the event, but my thoughts and emotions were heightened upon listening to you speak and the passion when you read your poems.
