Thank You
Today I had a brilliant day, strolling around the grounds of Wollaton Hall with good friends, looking at Egyptian Geese, baby moorhens, darting dragonflies, lounging ladybirds, a whole lot of stuff I just drifted through, and the best conversations about life, the universe and everything I've had in a long time.
It culminated in gathering around a large picnic table, sharing the spectacular haikus everyone wrote (apart from me!) and a prize-giving ceremony, the like of which has never been seen before!
Thank you to the volunteers who organised such a relaxed and fun day.
Thank you to everyone who was there and contributed to this wonderful day.
It was so lovely to have a day away from a busy life. A day to just walk and talk. I really appreciated it.

I totally agree, It was a perfect day in a magical setting. I had never been there so it was an amazing discovery, a place I'll definitely return to. Along with strolling, talking and looking with wonderful people, a highlight was all those majestic deer. The volunteers who organized the event did a fantastic job. Thank you all.
